We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. If we expand our shipping destinations in the future, this will be clearly stated on our website.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

  • Order cut-off time: 5:00 PM (GMT)
  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) will enter processing the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) or on weekends and bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time: 1–3 business days

During this period, your order is verified, carefully packed, and prepared for dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

  • Transit time: 5–10 business days
  • Total estimated delivery time: 6–13 business days (processing + transit)

Our products are shipped directly from our international fulfilment partners. This allows us to offer free shipping and competitive prices to all UK customers. Processing takes 1–3 business days, followed by a transit time of 5–10 business days. We always strive to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Please note that delivery times are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to carrier capacity, adverse weather conditions, or peak periods such as bank holidays. In the unlikely event of a significant delay, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Carriers

We work with trusted and reputable logistics partners to deliver your orders within the United Kingdom, including:

  • Royal Mail
  • Evri (formerly Hermes)
  • DPD

The specific carrier used may vary depending on availability and logistical efficiency. You will be notified of the carrier handling your delivery when your tracking information is sent.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.

If you have not received your tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@viva-fashion.com or via our Contact page and we will look into this for you straight away.

Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery — for example, if your parcel:

  • appears to be delayed beyond the estimated delivery window,
  • arrives damaged, or
  • has not arrived at all

Incorrect Address Details

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, this may result in delays or additional shipping costs. Please double-check your details before confirming your order.

Lost or Significantly Delayed Parcels

Although we partner with reliable carriers, deliveries may occasionally experience delays due to circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@viva-fashion.com or via our Contact page so that we can open an investigation with the carrier and find the best solution for you.
